Mother Land Inn (2) door was opened on 1997 for the guests, as a warm and friendly hotel in Rangoon. In order to born Mother Land Inn (2), The Mother Land Inn (1) was founded in 1994 although we do not have any experience with Hotel or Inn business experience. The Mother Land (1) is a bit far from down town and inconvenience for the guest who want to walk around in city area. Therefore, always look into the guest requirement and needed, we decided to open Mother Land (2) which is only 15 minutes walking distance away from city center yet quiet and peaceful.

Once the Mother Land (2) is well known to the guest. We have closed the Mother Land Inn (1) in 1999 and concentrated to serve the guest in Mother Land Inn (2). As we mention in earlier, we do not have experience in this business and we serve with our heart and its pay off. Now, we are proud to say that after the 5 years in services, we can fulfill our dream of "100% Guest Satisfactory".

We always care for the price and cleanness of our room to suit our guest. We have 3 categories of room type for you to choose.

(a) With aircon and bathroom attach...............7 rooms
(b) With fan and bathroom attach...................2 rooms
(c) With fan and common bathroom.................13 rooms

All rooms are with windows and arrange for good ventilation as well as natural lighting. Therefore no bad odors and will have you to stay peacefully in rooms. Always in the mind for the guest convenience, we have arrange for you to choose American breakfast or one of 4 typical Myanmar breakfast. We believe that you want to try Myanmar typical breakfast when you are in Myanmar. You can have lunch or dinner as well in our small bistro for your convenience where you can make your order at anytime round the clock. Fresh and clean food are served. We help you to find out or arrange for your trip information without charges. You can have your buses or train tickets without commission charges from us. It is not end and we have store for your luggage without charges in our store during your Myanmar tour. We will arrange and keep properly for you.
