WELCOME To Mother Land Inn (2)

Mother Land Inn (1) was founded in 1994 although at that time we did not have any experience with a hotel or inn business. It was a little far from down town and inconvenient for guests who wanted to walk around the centre of Yangon. Because we wanted to satisfy our guests' requirements, in 1997 we decided to open Mother Land Inn (2). This new hotel is only 15 minutes walking distance away from the city center and is much more peaceful.

In 1999 we decided to close Mother Land Inn (1) and focus our attention on Mother Land Inn (2). We have put our heart and soul into this hotel and it has paid off. Now, we are proud to say that after 7 years, we have fulfilled our dream of "100% Guest Satisfaction".

We always pay attention to the price and cleanliness of our rooms and adapt them to suit our guests. We have 3 categories to room for you to choice.

(a) With aircon and bathroom attached...............17 rooms
(b) With fan and bathroom attached................... 8 rooms
(c) With fan and common bathroom....................12 rooms

All rooms have windows, are well ventilated and have natural lighting. We aim for you to be comfortable. Included in the price is a European breakfast or one of 5 typical Myanmar breakfasts. You can have lunch or dinner in our small restaurant at any time. We always serve fresh food.

We can book your bus and plane tickets for you, give you travel information and help you to arrange your trip without any charge. Last but not least we can also store your bag while you are touring.
